My practice, Vida Counseling TX, was named to reflect the unique experiences young adults encounter in their lives or “vidas” as children of immigrants in an environment that at times can work against us, not for us.
My goal is to help individuals address their deep rooted generational struggles and to support them as they move forward in feeling empowered to live their lives, how they truly desire to.
