Immigration Mental Health Evaluations
Compassionate evaluations for a stronger case and a stronger you
Evaluaciones con corazon y claridad
para su proceso migratorio
My evaluations are used in immigration cases to show the emotional and psychological effects of trauma, persecution, or family separation.
Online or in-person, our time together will be spent conducting a psychological assessment that is used to help immigration courts determine whether an individual will be able to remain lawfully in the US .
Services offered for the following type of immigration cases:
Hardship Waiver Evaluations: I provide reports for I-601 and I-601A waivers, showing how family separation would cause extreme hardship to spouses, children, or parents.
Asylum: For individuals fleeing violence or persecution, our mental health assessments document the effects of trauma and its impact on daily life.
VAWA & U Visa: For victims of crime or domestic violence, our evaluations document psychological distress and support applications for immigration relief.
T Visa: For victims of human trafficking with the right to live and work in the U..S. An evaluation can help an immigration court understand how human trafficking affected the petitioner emotionally.
